Jeff is the founder of Excalibur Life Coaching, being certified as a life coach by Compass Global Group. Jeff specializes in personal coaching for individuals, couples and families. He also serves multiple companies offering corporate coaching and leadership training for all sizes of companies. His personal and corporate coaching includes webcam coaching as Jeff is currently coaching clients in five different states. Jeff also serves as the Life Coach trainer for Compass Global group in the St. Louis area.

Jeff serves as the Founding Pastor at Meadowbrook Christian Church located in Fenton, MO. This growing ministry work is in it's third year, with the church working as a resource for mom's and dad's to empower families to deepen their spiritual understanding.

Jeff is married to Becky, who serves as the children's minister for Harvester Christian Church, located in St. Charles, MO. They have two fantastic children, Kingston who is 19 and Alexis who is 16. And Bullwinkle (the dog), age 8.
